She wants an exceptional date. Not that it have to cost much just but I have to hand-pick everything around. From the venue to the food and wine, I had to be careful. The venue would be at atop a bare hill so she could see the sunset and the moon clearly. She likes chocolates and rare wine. I know where to order food buffet that contain chocolates but what wine to pair? Some have said chocolate and wine would result to an upset stomach. Few of my friends care what wine they take. And if I keep bugging our friends, one might give away my surprise. I tried searching magazines but few kinds of wine were featured there. At bars, I had to buy a drink to get some information form the bartender.

There I found indeed a wine that will go with a chocolate cake! But that will be my secret.
