One time this year, my husband and I were faced with difficult decision. We really wanted to buy a house but he also needs a car because it is a necessity for his work.
In order to get both, and still have some money left for our savings account, we scouted all possible companies that offer cheap mortgages. When we found one, we readily bought our house.
After the house, comes the car. And the expenses did not stop there. We needed to go and compare car insurance just to make sure that we get the best offer.
Now, we have the house, he have his car and I am happy to say we still have some for our savings. The key here is to look around and compare.
